I lost 80kg once years ago, kept it off and it was great. I ran a weight loss website, trained as a personal trainer, and cycled in races a lot.
I have since had a large number of injuries in a short time, been sick with muscle cramps for ages, and thus regained a lot of weight back
I aim to get back down to 70kg , and plan to blog every day. This is it, Take 2

1.5 weeks to go - stupid diet choices
I'm a little disappointed, i have made some stupid diet choices Not eating all day, or having shakes, then over eating at dinner.
Twice in a row now! I am too close to the surgery for this shit. Seriously, i need to sort that out :O
Yeah, you do need to sort that out. Once you've had the op it will be too easy not to eat. If you get negative effects from not eating now you will have them in spades afterwards. All the time you will be trying to decide which is more important ... eat or drink. To fulfil the dietary requirements you need to have about 8 meals a day but that isn't practical.

ReplyDeleteyeah seeing a lot of youtube videos of people who have had surgery and then got fat again 2-3 years later
